She is most definitely stalking you and you need to be concerned. Make a detailed list of all of the dates and times she has stalked you. Get as much evidence as you can and as many witnesses as you can. Go to the police with it and get a TRO, which is a temporary restraining order. When you go to court about it, it will become a permanent restraining order if there's enough evidence of stalking. Trade your car in and do whatever else you need to do to be safe.
