Relationship problems. <|3 Help? :'(?

My boyfriend who I met a month ago has been more like a friend to me, He has never called me babe. He never asked me if I have wanted to hang out with him. He doesn't call me, he only messages me on facebook. & he never has complimented me. When I ask him if we are dating he says yes but I just don't know. I like him. But when I start thinking about this I start to cry. :'( Please help me in this situation I hate being this way. & I don't want to break up with him. But I am getting told that that is the thing too do. & I am getting told that he is taking it slow, but 1 week is slow. but a month?! I just don't know Please help me. Im going to cry. :'( <|3
